This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility

This jersey is made for those JRA rides. Just riding along. You're not aiming for new Strava records or to win the city-limit sprints, but you do want a jersey that's comfortable and looks great. The jersey has a neutral cut-not racy but also not flapping in the wind. But the high-stretch micro-pique fabric means it fits more shapes than a Castelli race jersey. Adding to the fit and comfort are the four-way-stretch sleeves that seem to disappear, since you don't really feel them at all, right down to the raw-cut sleeve ending that never constricts. This jersey offers full sun protection: the main body is rated at UPF 50 while the sleeves are UPF 30, which means they still block 97% of damaging UV rays. Important Castelli features like the drop-pocket design, easy-sliding full-length YKK Vislon zipper, and reflective details on the back will keep this jersey in the short rotation in your wardrobe. - Micro-pique polyester knit on the body for great moisture management with a soft hand - Velocity rev2 fabric on sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Full-length YKK vislon zipper with neck protector - 3 rear pockets with drop-pocket design for optimal pocket placement - Silicone gripper elastic at waist
$129.99
A favorite piece among our sponsored pros, this jersey is a bit lighter and a bit stretchier and features a closer cut for an aero fit. - Mid-weight Warmer X-Stretch brushed fabric - Ideal for cool conditions, with or without a vest - Race cut with highly elastic fabric provides close-to-body fit without feeling tight - Drop-pocket construction for better fit around waist and better pocket position - Easy-sliding YKK® Vislon® zipper - Embossed line across chest - Reflective vertical stripe on center pocket

UNLIMITED AND UNCOMPROMISING We're not crazy about the word "gravel." We love riding on it, but we don't like the way the cycling industry acts like it's a new sport. We prefer to just call it cycling because we're still riding bikes, we're still working up a sweat, we're still having fun and we're still beating up on our friends. Castelli's approach to all-surface riding is called Unlimited. Our riding now is a mixture of paved and unpaved surfaces, but we're riding just as hard and demanding just as much from our clothing. The Unlimited Jersey uses everything we know about moisture management, fit, shape, and the convenience of zippers that open easily and pockets that are the right shape and in the right place. But on this jersey we took the extra step of using fabrics that better resist snags from tree branches or vines that you'll find on your favorite trail. The main body fabric is a polyester knit with good stretch and moisture management but better durability than the typical fragile fabric that's OK on the road. Then on the sleeves, shoulders and back panel we use a stretch woven fabric that is extremely resistant, since this is the area that most often gets snagged. You'll just be comfortable like you always are in Castelli, but you'll look good all season long. - The all-surface unlimited no-compromise jersey - ProSecco Unlimited main body fabric - Snag-resistant stretch woven on sleeves and shoulders - No-sew flat-edge sleeve finishing - 3 rear pockets plus zippered key/money pocket - YKK Vislon zipper - Silicone gripper elastic at waist - 18°-32°C / 65°-90°F - Weight: 166g

A Better Arm Warmer With Team Ineos we set out to make a better seamless arm warmer. Others on the market are made with a nylon/Lycra blend that tends to hold moisture, but we knew we could get better moisture management with a polyester yarn. Working with polyester makes it more difficult to get the right stretch, return and manufacturing consistency, though. It took a year longer than we thought, but we're all glad we stuck with it. These warmers are a pro rider favorite because they're crazy light and they're extremely warm for their weight, yet even in milder conditions you don't overheat. They're so stretchy you hardly feel them on, yet when you take them off they occupy a fraction of the space that normal warmers would take in your pocket. - Mid-weight seamless arm warmer - Surprisingly warm without causing overheating - Unique polyester/nylon/Lycra 78%/15%/7% blend - Fully seamless construction - Folds up extra small

Just like the name says, we wanted to create the ideal simple emergency rain jacket. We made it completely waterproof and compact, and, as you’d expect from Castelli, we also gave it an amazing on-bike fit, yet it’s still roomy enough to fit over a Gabba. This jacket is an emergency piece, so we knew you wouldn’t want to break the bank with it, but the only real compromise compared to our top-of-the-line offerings is in breathability. We didn’t make this for an all-day rain ride, but it’s just right for your next emergency. - Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric keeps rain off with 10,000 mm water column - Slight amount of stretch for excellent fit in riding position - Folds into half a jersey pocket for emergency situations - Innovative gutters drain water away from hands and off back - Waterproof zipper and seam sealing keep all water out

- TransTextura moisture transfer technology - Comfortable for cycling and everyday use - Very thin and smooth feel

The thermal jersey is the first step into cool weather clothing, where Castelli has set the standard for what clothing can do. We've taken the same approach here. You'll wear this jersey on cool days, so we've given it a brushed fleece backing but kept the fabric stretchy for a great fit. Since you're using it in conditions that aren't cold enough for a jacket, we've engineered the fabric to let some air in so you don't overheat. We think a jersey like this should be pure function, so you've got our three spacious rear pockets, silicone gripper elastic, and easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper. - Warmer fabric on body and sleeves - Warmer X-Stretch side panels - Gripper elastic at waist - 3 rear pockets - Easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper with neck protector
